MPCA regulations recommend septic systems be inspected and maintained every 3 years.

The Nowthen City Code requires a Septic Compliance Inspection be completed any time a property changes ownership.

Comcast has almost completed the Nowthen Broadband Internet Expansion Project! If you are ready to sign up for services, visit the Xfinity Website. You will be directed to input your address, and if services are available in your area, you will be sent pricing and package options. If construction is not yet finished, you can opt in to be contacted once construction is completed. Questions about services can be directed to Xfinity Customer Service at 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489).
